August 2009 Babies ~ The NEW thread!

Okay ladies, we made it to 5,000 posts and as promised I have started a new thread!

Let's see how long it takes to get to 5,000 this time :giggle:

Sara - I'm so sorry to hear about the bleeding  I'll continue to keep my fingers crossed for you :hugs:

Nicole - I sure hope Grace gets better soon. I don't think we have ever dealt with croup before, unless I just didn't know that one of them had it.

Mae - Yikes! I hope Dylan feels better soon! You will have to tell us what the rash ends up being. I hear you on the cost. We have to pay everything out of pocket too, until we reach our $5,450 deductible :yuck:

Well the complex turned our water off today (for some plumbing repair) so I am at my parents house today.

Morgan - I'm so sorry that life has been so rough these last few days. Is it just the m/s?

Mpierce 04-14-2011 01:06 PM

Carolyn - yea its making me a whiny baby!!! But really I can't eat or puke (don't know if that's good or bad) which is affecting my energy and patience etc. Ugh I'm a baby but I just didn't feel this bad with lilly and I don't think I want to do it again.

Hooray for a new thread!

Morgan, I'm sorry about the M/S. That's how I was with Grace. DH would force me to eat some days, because I felt so sick. Mostly I'd just bum around and wish I could sleep it all off. (And so I did. Sleeping the nausea away was a lifesaver. Clearly, can't do that now though). But maybe it does mean you're having a boy --- I noticed that my two pregnancies were exact opposites as well. I had tons of MS with Grace but NONE with Isaiah. I had no energy with Grace and felt normal with Isaiah. I peed like a racehorse all the time with Grace... and just a little more than usual with Isaiah. And I had heartburn galore with Isaiah, but never with Grace, until the very end, and still pretty rarely. That's what tipped me off that he was a he. LOL.

Sara, hugs hugs hugs...

Carolyn, that sucks about the water. We had that happen a few times at our apartment and I loathed those days. I think I could live better without the running water than without the electricity. We've lost it 3 or 4 times in the last few months, for no reason; we're pretty sure it's because the construction workers on our street keep doing something to merit shutting it down. LAME. Those days suck!

Yay for a new thread! I wish I had helped get to 5000!!! Im gonna try SO hard this time!!! ;)

Morgan, Im sorry that you arent feeling well. I had HORRIBLE m/s with Sam. HORRIBLE! So I totally understand. It makes life so hard. ((hugs))

Carolyn..we have well water here, but my FIL and grandpa will just decide to flush it or work on it without telling me in advance...that is always super cool. ;)

Mae, I hope you figure out the rash thing asap. I cant decide if its better to have health insurance that you pay but loads for each month, or to pay out of pocket with no insurance and get the cash discount.... ya know? I mean...we pay WAY too much a month...but Im too scared to cancel it. lol.

Nicole - btw I forgot to answer I did want some targhee. ) I don't know what I want it to look like yet. :( and yes this is totally opposite. I pee less (although that could be less food and fluids going in my body) and about 100x more emotional and 100x sicker. I don't know how I would of worked a real job feeling like this. Id be fired or dead by now.
