This size 24 months no-sew pull-on tutu with elastic waistband has an 18.5" waist (easily stretches to 20"+) and is about 9" long, not including the waistband. Please measure your child to ensure a good fit. It features a satin ribbon-wrapped waistband, which gives the tutu a polished look and helps prevent the tulle from irritating your child's waist.
