Seller Verification - What am I doing wrong?
 

When I enter my PP info to be verified I get a message saying 'cannot determine PayPal account status'. What is going on? Anybody else ever have this happen? I have had a verified PP account for at least 5 years.

Is it because I don't have a Paypal merchant account? But, I have sold on eBay before...hmmm, just a bit confused.
