Canned salmon + potluck =
 

I could really use y'alls help. We've got 2 cans of canned salmon I've no clue what to do w/ because my family won't eat it, heck I'm not even sure where it came from because I would never buy it. If possible I'd like something super easy/fast to make that will feed a crowd.

My mom makes a yummy salmon log. It think it has canned salmon,cream cheese, and maybe a little may (?).

Do you spread it on crackers or what, sounds good to me. I actaully like salmon, just didn't know it came in cans like tuna.

I would make crab cakes but use salmon instead. Not "quick and easy," but so yummy.

I agree with some kind of cream cheese salmon ball with crackers.

I like salmon balls or salmon stuffed mushrooms. (I also do the Salmon like a Mackeral pattie as a PP mentioned but not sure how that would go over at a potluck. )

My mum makes a delicious appetizer that's just salmon, mayo and chives mixed together and then served as a dollop on cucumber coins. Quick, easy and tasty. Add a little sprig of chives on each one and it looks fancy too!
