Tried any bread recipes that are gluten and yeast free?
 

As in sandwich-type bread recipes - not sweet breads such as banana bread, etc. that doesn't have yeast in it to begin with! I'm just wondering because I really shouldn't have yeast and would love to find some recipes without.

Gluten free bread is hard enough to get right. In my experience, yeast free GF bread is either gross or nothing like sandwich bread in texture. I have used gf waffles or pancakes in place of bread and usually prefer that to something like a soda bread when I want a sandwich.

I've got gluten free recipes on my blog (link in siggy) and I never use yeast in my cooking either. I think my pankcake bread is the best for sammies, that or the swirl loaf but it works better if you let it sit for a day or two before slicing for sammies.
