Every year, everyone makes some sort of homemade treat to give out to everyone else. I want something cheap and easy, preferably something that can be made a few days in advance. I don't want to spend a whole lot of time baking.

my faves for both quick and easy as well as cheap are meringue cookies and homemade sponge toffee.

Pretzel kisses.... Were A favorite at our house. Take small square or round pretzel, top with unwrapped hersheys kiss, melt in oven for a few minutes, lightly press a m&m in the melted kiss. Let cool. Bag and ribbon. My 13 to usually makes these for her teachers.

We make ric Krispie treats with peppermint marshmallows, crush up candy canes and mini chocolate chips :)

I am planning to make this! Super cute, looks easy, and basically all the ingredients can be gotten for little $$ with sales and coupons.
