breadmachine tips?

I am waiting for a breadmachine to come in the mail.
Any tips on how to use the breadmachine?
My bread machine will be the kind that stays in the basement forever and I sometimes remember it but then realize that I don't have the time to make the bread before dinner. I don't really have a bread machine, I just use a Kitchenaid, a bowl and a loaf pan to make bread.

My hovercraft is full of eels.

Re: Granola bar recipe?

I have one that turns out really well. It's in email form, I can email it if you want. I hesitate to post it because I cannot give credit for it and once upon a time it was posted somewhere online.

Sent. Let me know how it goes :) I spend a day making 4-6 versions and then keep them in the freezer for months and months. They keep just fine. DH gets one every day nearly to eat with his coffee and I loved them for breastfeeding.

It looks great, thanks. I was thinking I needed something with more flour and the addition of eggs. I think my first batch will be almonds and cherries, a favorite around here. I'll let you know how it goes.
