what omega 3-6 pill?
 

i need to start this dha/omega suppliment soon and not sure which to take. usually my kids get the nordic naturals in strawberry but I know that it wont be enough for me. any ideas?
I really cant take a huge pill as I will puke or gag it up

Ive seen some kind of krill oil pill at costco that looks a lot smaller than the usual dha horse pills. Dont recall the brand but its in a red bottle.

thank you!! unfortunatley we have no costco :( I think I am planning to take the kids chewables target has otherwise nordic naturals. at this point I am so sick, I can only take whats necessary

I went tonight and double checked and its called Mega Krill by Schiff.....Ive seen it in Target and walmart before. Good luck! I am convinced dha is keeping me sane!
