cigarettes
 

My uncle was smoking pal mal reds until he went into an assisted living home. My mom has about 8- 10 packs that are sealed and unopened. We don't smoke, and dont know anyone who does. What can we do with these? Any ideas?

I'd throw in them in the trash, but I am against cigarettes.

I'm not sure if cigarettes can be returned. That's a lot of $$ to just trash. I'm against cigarettes too, but people are going to buy/smoke them anyway regardless of whether or not a pack goes in the trash. Know anyone of age locally who would buy them for cheap? Could you call walmart and see if they would accept them as a return?

I'd chunk them. If you are really set on saving them, you could put them in the freezer to help them last longer.

I would give them to a homeless guy. But I ran into a lot of homeless smokers in Vegas, so might not work for you.

That is what I would do.

I tried to with 2 of the packs and the man said he didn't smoke those.... I would just chuck them, but in NY, that's about $70 worth!

I'm the cheapskate that would post them on craigslist.

I was wanting to try to sell them... But is it legal?
