Peanut Butter Cracker cookies??
 

A co-worker of mine made these fabulous cookies with layers of saltine crackers and peanut butter and I'm not sure what else. She keeps forgetting to bring me the recipe in and I can't seem to find anything similiar online.

Anyone ever made these?

Yeah, that. MIL made some for christmas that were Ritz with peanut butter in between and then dipped into chocolate. Everyone else said they were great. I couldnt try them because I am GF.

No they didn't have any chocolate. It was like a layer of cracker and then the layer with peanutbutter and other ingrediants that I don't know, then repeat. They were made in a cake pan and cut into bars.

i had those recently at a baby shower at church, and they were so good! they tasted like peanut butter patty girl scout cookies :thumbsup:

I love those. I've made them before. But it was not the same. More stacked and no chocolate. I think there may have been honey in them and definately peanut butter and saltines.

Ok. Got the recipe. Totally not what I would have guessed in it!! lol Here it is.

Cracker Cookies

Club Crackers
1 Cup butter
1/2 Cup milk
2 Cups grahm cracker crumbs
1 Cup brown sugar
2/3 Cup peanut butter
1/2 Cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips

Place layer of club crackers in a 13 x 9 pan.

Melt butter. Add milk, sugars and grahm cracker crumbs. Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes.

Pour 1/2 of mixture over crackers, then layer another layr of club crackers. Then other 1/2 of mixture.

Top with layer of club crackers.

Then melt peanut butter and chocolate and butterscotch chips. Spread on top.
