what to do if post office lost package?
 

i sold a mama a large meaf cover right before xmas but shipping info shows it's still at my city's PO! i sent her another cover to tide her over after she contacted me 2 weeks after payment (i felt so bad).

do i call the post office and try to pick it up? do i refund her payment and just say goodbye to the cover lost in shipping? i still have the DC #, and i don't like navigating the USPS website, their terminology etc is a bit confusing.

ask for mrc form to fill out from post master. I sent stuff like you round CHristmas and it said still at sort facility like 3 weeks later but it goes to GA if something happened to the address to where it needed to be sent to. It might take a while for them to find but you have to describe well. I still haven't heard anything and I filled out in Dec,

I haven't had any issues before either so iti s frustrating. I sent another one that costed me a leg to send via ups instead of usps as it was to be a trade and I got mine but she didn't as to try to make it right I sent to her after I got another round of the item.

if you pm me your email I might still have it in my email and you could fill out and get to your post master too.

Did you ever find it mama? that's frustrating. I had something lost coming to me. It was going from PA to OH and got lost in New jersey... hmmm..

I am getting insurance on everythnig over $25 from now on! :)
