Pineapple ??s

I have a couple older pineapples. We just didn't get to eating them..oops! I am cheap and don't want to throw them away!! What can I do with these little buggers? Juice? Make some sort of sauce? Any ideas or recipes?

Pineapples were cheap last week so Nick bought one. They eventually irritate our tongues (a trait inherited by our children) so I chopped them fine and put them in a cooked steel cut oatmeal I made with fresh apples and chopped dried apricots. It was surprisingly wonderful.

Teriyaki chicken and pineapple rice

Thanks for the ideas...my kids might actually eat the oatmeal...any ideas on the juicing though? Anyone know when they are just to old to use?

I blend the pineapple with water and sugar/splenda and drink it at dinner time instead of soda or koolaid. I also like it grilled in hamburgers.
