I was looking at this one but don't see a list of amounts of what's In the vitamin.

I need 400 iu of vitamin d
I also need fish oil to help his focus.

I want it to ne green and organic of possible

Go all the way down to reviews and someone listed the amounts.

Yeah im not loving them ... I guess I can get individual vitamins. Does anyone know of q fish oil supplements that doesnt taste bad.

For Vitamin D, this is what I give my kids. Each drop is 400UIU. I've never tasted it so I don't know what it tastes like, but my kids don't complain about it.

Both of my kids have been Nordic Naturals fish oil for years now. They both like them and think it's funny that they pop when you chew them. There are several local stores that carry them but we usually pay closer to $20/bottle.
