The "what's for dinner thread"

Tonight is pulled pork chilli con carne. I can't wait!

I have been slow cooking it since early this morning, just pulled it and added the beans. Its now soaking up the sauce. Its to be served with tortillas, sour cream and guacamole.

What's on your table tonight?

Let's keep this thread going. I LOVE gleaning dinner ideas off others. :)

I am not sure about the kids yet but I think SO and I will be having leftovers. I made spicy cabbage soup the other day.

Leftover Beef Stroganoff. This is such a good recipe: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Beef-St...II/Detail.aspx

I have leftover steak...so I'll either make beef and noodles or veggie beef soup. I'll decide as the day goes on. :)

Boiling some chicken. Some chicken will be used for tostadas tonight with refried beans (with chorizo) and cheese. The broth is used for Mexican rice. I'll make enough rice for tomorrow and use the rest of the chicken to make flautas then. I don't like frying, so I just roll the chicken in corn tortillas, spray with nonstick spray, then put in the NuWave for 8 mins or so. The rest of the beans and chorizo will be used for breakfast tacos tomorrow :)

Red beans and rice made with smoked paprika. I'm ambivalent but my husband and children love it.
