What does your midwife charge?
I'm sure there is a wide range of normal, I'm just curious how much it runs where you are. :goodvibes:

I looked into one during my last pregnancy. She charged $3500. I'm in AZ.

$3000 + extra for whatever bloodwork you want to have done (she doesn't require it). But she is very open to bartering & just giving discounts, in general, which is AWESOME! :D

$6250 for prenatal, home birth, 48 hour home visit, 6 week pp check. I'm in nj.

$3,000 which includes prenatal, birth and postparum.

$5900. I am in AZ. That's what she charges the insurance and I have to pay a percentage. Not sure if she's got a lower cash-rate though.

Hmmm, those rates are really closer together than I would have guessed. The only one I've been able to find so far (that's close enough) charges $3600. How do I find a midwife?

Nothing. It's covered by health care in my province.

$4500 in Los Angeles for home birth, $5000 for birth center. Doesn't include u/s or blood work or birth kit etc.
