This is a strange one!!

Does any one have any idea how to clean dry grits out of woolies? My boys were playing with a sensory bin and the little one got in the sensory bin and they covered him in grits. I am worried that if I soak them the grits will hydrate and then I will have gross grit encrusted woolies. Thanks!!

Could you shake them out? Or put them in a dry salad spinner?

I vote shake them (like getting sand out)

Hang them on the clothes line and whack them with something (like a rug in the old days). Or maybe clean them up with a vacuum attachment?

If you do the vacuum I would cover the hose with panty hose so the material doesn't get pulled on too much.

Thanks everyone. I went outside and beat them against the fence. I hope that worked. I will find out on wash day! :)

How about putting them in the drier?
