It is recommended that a child's car seat straps be tightened so that they are close to the body. Ensuring that they are safe and secure in the event of a crash. However, if you are buckling your child in a car seat wearing their winter coat or snowsuit you may be inadvertently putting them in harms way! It has been studied that in the event of a crash the coat or snowsuit will compress allowing the child to slip from the safety of the car seat!

Kid Cozy will help you keep your child safe and warm! It easily slips over your child's head, without the hassle of sleeves or zippers. Simply slip it on, wrap them up, and you're ready to go! The Kid Cozy is long enough (40 inches from the top of the hood to the floor)to wrap them up snug as a bug :) The Kid Cozy's open back allows you to place your child in the car seat and buckle them in without having to take it off! Simply set your child in the car seat, move the length of the Cozy off to the side and buckle them in. Then, just place it back over your child's legs like a blanket, and you're set to go! Your child stays warm and the car seat straps will hug close to the body!

I am assuming these are one-size., but how large of a child do you think they will accommodate? My son is almost two and rather tall at 35"
