I pm'd ya! But here are the answers for anyone else who wants to know.

There are light yellow flowers (the teeny tiny ones) and mustardy-yellow flowers (the bigger yellow flowers) in the purplish small floral print.

I don't use fleece for any of my covers, just cotton (and occasionally silk-y).

No bugs at the moment but for a few extra dollars, you can choose a custom pattern/scheme that you want.
