Taco chicken.
Some chicken breasts, taco seasoning and a jar of salsa. Can of cream of mushroom or cream I chicken optional. Let everything go about 6-7 hours. Serve over rice, tortilla chips, whatever. Chicken shreds so easily and it's delicious!
