I just made quiche for dinner tonight. Yum!! My recipe:
6-8 oz plain yogurt (regular or Greek)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1 cooked, shredded chicken breast (you can sub bacon)
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Mix it up and pour into a pie crust, then bake at 425 degrees for 30 min. Me and dh both love it!
