Eat and Rest. Try to never let your stomach get empty. Whether that through snacks or drinks (juice, milk, water, pop?). Try and nap/rest as much as possible. I always notice that after I have a busy day, the next day I usually don't feel well.. I always found that carbs, and salty foods (French fries, chips) typically sounded good to me. Eat what sounds good... IMO it's better than getting sick... HTH!
