Thanks to all for the input. I have not shared the news with any friends yet (CP in September-gun shy now), so it's nice to be able to "talk" here.

They are all three considered fairly safe, but of course, everything has risks. I have HG so zofran is the only thing that keeps me from regular ER visits for IVs. The risk you are willing to take should be proportional to the risk of not doing it. Obviously for me, the meds are the lower risk option, that might not be the case for you.
