actually, we do, on ds who is now 8. He just had to have a bunch of teeth pulled to buy time and will have to wear a device to expand his top jaw to make enough room for his teeth. Then, after they are all finished growing in, he will need braces...

DD does have crowding as well, but so far it isn't as bad as ds's.
