Chamomile tea is great. Educational/boring books usually helped me i had bad insomnia for awhile,I got so anxious about sleeping that I couldn't sleep. I ended up on a low dose of an antidepressant for 2 months to get back in track. It didn't make me sleep but helped my mind relax. I liked that I could wake up if I needed to
