Need exercise ideas
I've started jogging with my husband now because just dieting has not gotten me the weight loss I wanted, and now that i'm jogging I find i'm alot more motivated to loose wieght and be healthy than I used to be. I do not want to go to a gym and don't have any exercise equipment so I need ideas for workouts I can do at home. I already plan on incorporating sit-ups & push-ups into my daily routine, but what else should I do?
