If you don't want to buy any equipment I would alternate doing Insanity with interval training using your own body weight. Google cardio options. There are a million you can do. So do like 2 minutes of cardio, then maybe jump squats or lunges, 2 minutes of a different cardio, then pushups, etc. you could probably find a good interval workout on google.
