Juan should help you but with the Holiday things may run a little slow.
Head to your control panel (on left of screen if you open your pm box) and then select "Paid Subscriptions" down toward the bottom. See if there is a way to cancel through that. It may not work but it seems that months ago someone told me that is what they did
