Why not use the petls from the Avent with with Medela pump? No professional grade pump will compare really to a hospital grade IMO. A hospital grade is meant for 24/7 pumping. For EPing I recommend a hospital grade, and i've EPed with both. If you won't be EPing or only a few times per day then the Double Electrics should be fine. If the Isis works for you then stick with what works, but I know I've heard of mamas using the petals in the medela flanges.
