well if you make it, like i said less then 5 mins time, i did the first recipe Cream of Mushroom Uncanned Condensed Soup
3 Tablespoons of Butter
3 Tablespoons of Flour
1 Tablespoon minced onion
1/4 cup of chopped mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon of salt
dash of pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup milk
Melt butter in saucepan and saute mushrooms and onions.
Stir in flour and seasonings.
Cook over medium heat until bubbly, stirring frequently.
Add milk/chicken broth slowly, stirring with wire whisk to prevent lumps.
Cook until thick.
Yield: 1 cup
