Thanks for the link, they did have a really easy form to fill out and their warranty seems really good. It's just such a huge defect, how does something like this get past quality control or don't they have any? All the time wasted, and I really needed these to use right now. They feel good otherwise, but I don't know what bamboo flats usually feel like. They actually are thinner then I had expected but that's probably just me.
