12 weeks, 10 weeks, and 6 weeks, respectively.
Can't really offer any advice other than perhaps inconsistency being part of the problem?? I don't know. I know my kids do better when we do the same thing every single day. A three day weekend or anything else that tilts the schedule is usually messy.
