If you don't mind a little cost, I'd go to the Children's museum too. Or...the zoo. The Richmond Zoo is awesome IMO. My kids LOVE it. I wish we cold go more often. I think it's still supposed to be warm enough today. I haven't checked the weather though. They also really enjoy the Children's museum.

ETA - Never mind about the zoo. It's only supposed to be in the mid-40's. We wouldn't go at that temp, personally. Burrr.....
