I think it would be either the small or medium. I was looking into the mediums that would in the flips on the large setting. With flips its not a huge deal for the insert to be shorter, but a problem if its to long. I think the small would fit but they wouldn't go all the way up the back. 15 to 15 and half inches is as long as an insert can be IMO
