I'm a size 14 at 150lbs. I'm 5'3" and have a large frame. It's nice because it means that even at 225 I wear an 18 (not an 18W, just an 18). However, it's a bit frustrating because I have to lose more than most people in order to see a change in pants size. Most people are going to drop more than 2 pants sized if they lose 75 lbs.
