Hugs. I don't know of any off hand that don't have a consultant and have $ to spare. I wanted to cry after skimming the tid bit about your son and I have brachial plexus. I would wonder if you could get state assistance like title 19 or Iowa we have a low plan for all kids to age 18 I think? If you haven't thought about it.
