Re: What do YOU serve with pot roast?
I combine roast, lipton onion soup mix, onions, carrots, and potatoes. I don't serve it with anything, it's the whole meal, everything you need!
Sometimes, if I am feeling picky, I will make mashed potatoes, and then use that in place of the potatoes in the pot.
