I roasted a chicken for supper and I have enough chicken left to do a chicken and noodle dish tomorrow. How do I throw this together? I have the following ingredients on hand

cream of chicken
cream of mushroom
egg noodles
chicken broth
various shredded cheeses

I used to have a recipe but it is missing in action right now.
