How spicy is red curry paste?
I don't like spicy food - I'm a mild salsa person, medium sometimes but I bet those should've been labeled mild...Last curry dish I made I could not eat due to spice.
One of the meals on my emeals menu calls for 1/4 c red curry paste in a crockpot meal. I'm trying to branch out....but don't want to be wasteful. It is for 1 1/2lb chicken and has 32oz of broth plus other things.
Spicy or just flavor?
