Brand new one size cover. I forgot I had it and bought others so I have never used it and now am trying to switch to wool so won't need it!
I think I may have washed it once I don't remember but has never been worn.
Brand is easy peasies. I spent 11 or 12 including shipping (again don't remember sorry)
