To go along with this is a great documentary called Killing Us Softly and the second part Still Killing Us Softly. They are old but amazing in the aspect of how media has destroyed a woman's view of herself and how she perceives beauty. I watched them in college and I truly believe any couple having a baby especially a girl should view them. They have really helped me to make good viewing options for my children 2 girls and 1 boy.

This is good link and apparently they have a portion you can watch. If you can view it it is very enlightening. The price is the college rate but I know that my local community college has it and we can check out from there.
