My experience:
I had three children by 30. No particular difficulty conceiving, no miscarriages or pregnancy complications. I remarried in my late 30's and at 38, gave birth again. His birth was prefaced by multiple miscarriages, and then followed by two more. He was lacking perineum and...it was clear my body was, um...drying up.
