Here's our weeks menu:
Monday-tuna noodles and peas
Tuesday-vegetable beef soup
Wednesday-church
Thursday-chicken and rice with broccoli
Friday-lasagna with garlic bread and salad
Saturday-chili and cornbread
Sunday-chicken enchiladas
I make what I can ahead of time. I use my rice cooker for rice and my crock pot for baked potatoes and soup. I work Monday through Thursday so I keep it pretty simple.
