Tater tot casserole. I like it better with ground turkey, but I browned an entire 5-lb package of ground beef the other night making spaghetti, so with the meat precooked it should go together pretty fast. I'll cook up some frozen peas or corn to go with it.
We like this recipe, the sour cream makes it super tasty.
