lactose intolerance :(
We suspect that my husband has recently developed lactose intolerance. His symptoms are pretty uncomfortable and bad and its pretty clear that dairy is causing it.
Does anyone know if milk in baked goods or pancakes, etc is ok for lactose intolerance or do I have to completely cut out milk in everything? I'm kind of afraid to experiment on him by serving him pancakes with milk in them.
If I buy a milk subsitute (soy or almond) will I notice a difference in my baking/cooking?
