I have had overactive letdown and over supply with each of my last three. What worked with one was different than what worked with the other. Block feeding was a big help. And if you're pumping you'll want to stop that.

As far as a dairy issue-my oldest son had a sensitivity to dairy. I don't remember too much about it but I remember green poop and I remember having to change one of my meds (Singulair tablets I think) because it had lactose in it or something. He out grew it, which can be common. My understanding is that true milk protein allergies can appear within the first year of life and sometimes can have bloody stools with them.
