When I couldn't stomach traditional protein sources, I got some Kashi Go Lean cereal and granola bars. They have a fair bit of protein. I mixed mine with yogurt in the morning, yum! I also pick up those Bolthouse Farms protein plus drinks from time to time. They aren't awesome for you, but it's a quick way to get a lot of protein.
