I was staying away from meat because it made me want to run away, and soy I just don't stomach well. I would make a shake pretty much every day with greek yogurt, milk, peanut butter, and fig.
1/2 g protein in each fig (I would use 4) = 2g
2 tbsp PB = 8g
1/2 cup milk = 4g
3/4 cup greek yogurt = 16-18g depending on brand
= 30g protein just from one shake.
I would buy the large ***e greek yogurt at Costco where it was very inexpensive and add bananas and berries when I got sick of plain fig.
ETA - WOW DS filter! F A G E is the yogurt brand
