Chicken Spaghetti uses rotel and is so good.
2 Cups cooked/shredded chicken
2 Cups grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom OR cream of chicken
1 can cream of celery
1 can stewed tomato (Using the flavored stewed tomatoes is soooo good)
1 can rotel tomato
handful of raw spaghetti noodles (a little bigger around than 50 cent size)
Mix everything together in a baking dish. Will be a little hard to mix raw noodles just get them in the mix the best you can so the noodles do not dry out and burn. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes covered. Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes if it still has too much liquid.
