Monday -
breakfast: juice/eggs
lunch: lettuce salad with avocado and green pepper and tomato
supper: steak or pork chops from the freezer with broccoli
Tuesday -
breakfast: juice
lunch: smoothies and tuna
supper: cauliflower "pizza" topped with mushrooms, green and red peppers
