+1 for Fenugreek extract. My wife's seen better results with Organic Mother's Milk which is a tea (smells okay...) while if you don't want to drink it you want to take the Fenugreek extract in capsule form. Just make sure it's the 'extract'; something like Gaia brand's Fenugreek is worth looking into.
Like any supplements though it may or may not work...
